I went in to have a crown replaced and to become a new patient as well. I had Dr. Bhatt, Erika, and Chloe. I had some work done immediately and it was painless. I’d highly recommend Dr. Bhatt and her team. They were awesome!

Dr. Bhatt is a perfect dentist; she’s personable, kind, & funny as well as knowledgeable, professional, & thorough and tedious in her work. She truly cares for her patients and takes pride in the procedures she does on them. And I don’t even like dentists, I’m scared to death of them! I’ve had to go to her office about 4 times in the last month. On my 1st visit, I was surprised that it was Dr. Bhatt who called me from waiting to walk me back to exam room, where she asked what I needed and explained to me how it would proceed that day. What dentist does that first? Then, we went for X-rays, etc. Afterward, Dr. Bhatt told me she’s most concerned about a crown that’s needed first. Dr. Bhatt and William stayed late that day to provide me a temporary crown. The whole staff is incredibly nice and friendly: Chloe & Elena at front desk, William, Abraham, & Erika who assist Dr. Bhatt, and then there’s Anna, the Ukrainian Hygienist, who told funny stories while performing a deep-cleaning on my teeth in record time! One mishap: William, Abraham, & Erika were supposed to hide the drill from Dr. Bhatt, but she always found it!

I’ve recently had some dental work at Downtown Modern Dentistry, and wanted to share about my experience. Dr Bhatt & Erika are absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, and a great dental office. I’ve recently started to use them as my dental office, and will definitely continue to use them in the future.
