Everyone was so patient and kind! I was so scared to fix my teeth but it went well. Edited: I had a mixed experience at this office. The doctors and assistants were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during treatment. However, communication and front desk management were very disappointing. I received inconsistent information about pricing multiple times, which led to unexpected charges during treatment. This could have been avoided with clear explanations upfront. During one visit, when I tried to calmly ask for clarification once again after trying to get this information multiple times before, the interaction with the office manager (Elena) felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, the conversation became defensive, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Every single interaction with Elena over the last 6 months was uncomfortable and cold. I understand that dental offices can be busy, but clear communication and respectful treatment of patients are essential, especially when it comes to cost and treatment plans. Dr. Bhatt is an absolute gem of a dentist. She was SO kind when seeing me and helping me work out a plan to repair a lot of my teeth, answering all the questions that I had, and all without judgement. I still had my wisdom teeth that were causing infection - she suggested that I see the oral surgeon to get them out. The oral surgeon, Dr. Nasseri, he was also extremely nice, and answered all my questions, and concerns before & after the surgery. He also accommodated my request for liquid amoxicillin, no issues or questions asked! I have been to a lot of different dentist offices in a few states, and this office by far is the best one I have been to. Everyone at this office seems to actually care about the patients rather than just seeing them as dollar amounts. The front desk lady (I don’t remember her name), she was also extremely nice and helpful with any questions, or concerns I had. She had to redo the pricing to fit my budget better, and she had absolutely no issue doing it.
